The house is situated in a quiet & safe neighborhood. 24 hr. strong water supply. Well-kept vacation house with good ventilations.

RATES
We charge by the full day, from 12 noon to 12 noon the next day. We are not strict about check-in and check-out times, though, if there are no succeeding reservations. These are our base rates. These rates are subject to change without notice.
maximum of 10 person/ 3 bedroom = Php 6,500.00/ day
for 1 month = P 50,000.00
Since the comfort of our guest is our foremost concern, we would only accommodate a maximum of ten (10) person including children above the age of 8 years old, with a consideration of 2 children below 8 years old is equivalent to 1 adult person.
